Terms of use
These terms cover the account-based RivetRundown app as it exists in this repository. Items that depend on owner or legal decisions are marked for confirmation.
1. About the service
RivetRundown currently provides email-and-password account registration and a report workspace. The workspace has no connected report records in the current app. The homepage's five-second audio demo is a browser-only capture that is discarded without upload or transcription; its displayed report is fixed sample content. The app does not establish a production transcription or AI service, and these terms do not promise one.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your sign-in credentials under your control. Do not use another person's account without permission. Email verification is part of the configured sign-up flow. If you can no longer access your account, contact the RivetRundown team using the address on the privacy page.
3. Acceptable use
Use the account only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to interfere with the app, access another person's account or submit content you are not authorised to provide. Do not use the demo as a recording or transcription service; it does not upload or transcribe the captured audio.
4. Content and future features
The current app does not establish production report storage, transcription or AI processing. Rights in any future uploaded or generated content, product processing instructions and feature-specific terms must be supplied by the owner before those features are offered.
5. Service changes and legal details
The app does not publish a service-level, availability, support, refund or pricing commitment. The operator must add its legal identity, effective date, applicable law, dispute process, account closure and data-retention terms before these terms are final. No uptime, transcription accuracy, data-location or compliance guarantee is made here.
